Windows 10, 64-bit. I moved away from Brave last year, as it did the same thing. Firefox has been bulletproof in this regard for almost a year. Now, suddenly, when selecting digits per keyboard or clicking on dialpad in Google Voice, the button press sound is not heard and the number is not selected.
Sadly, if you hung up the call, logged out of Google, closed your browser, & went back in, Brave at least would work a second time. Not so for Firefox. It is random as to when it decides to work again.
For example, MS Teams calling your Google Voice number simply continues their dial-in options recordings as if you never pressed a button in response to their requests. Would greatly appreciate some guidance. Thank you kindly.

Glad to see someone else having a similar issue to me. I have the exact same problem that only started today. The only difference being that my dialpad has tones, but the button presses do not apply to the call (so no phone trees). I have been able to use the dialpad on Edge for the moment, but edge sucks so I'd prefer not to.

I am having the same issue. When I press a key to select an option, I hear the tone but automated system at the other end does not recognize it.

This issue needs to be addressed sooner than later. We would appreciate knowing from the Mozilla folks if this item is on their agenda list or not? Thanks!

Same here, been that way for quite a while actually. Works fine in Microsoft Edge
