We need more tools to manage and order bookmarks in a fast and easy way.
Some suggestions:
The option to open more than one Library window so we can navigate different folders and move, delete, merge or edit faster. More like folders and files work in Windows explorer.
Option to sort (not search) bookmarks by website.
