Hello,
I had a Firefox account with Sync enabled, and I made sure to synchronize my data before formatting my computer and reinstalling Windows.
After reinstalling Windows, I installed Firefox and signed in using the same Firefox account. Sync shows that it is ON, but none of my previous data has been restored, including my bookmarks, history, saved passwords, open tabs, add-ons, and settings.
I also clicked “Synchronise now”, but nothing was restored.
This has happened to me more than once, and I would like to understand why my synchronized data is not being restored.
Could you please help me check whether my previous synchronized data is still available on my account and explain how I can restore it?
