I've noticed that whenever I request firefox to translate a page, it always asks me what is the language I want it to translate to. Why not just pick the last option or the browser's default? This sounds like a low hanging fruit with lots of positive impact to the user.

2 - Enter a search term browser.translations.automaticallyPopup
You can double-click on the preference to set the value to false
