Firefox needs to add some kind of efficiency mode or do something about the CPU and RAM usage

I have a high-end PC, and I've noticed that the RAM and CPU usage is getting out of hand even a friend of mine who has even a better GPU than mine Notice that Firefox is sucking up all the RAM And Resources Especially when I play a video games like War Thunder and watch YouTube.

I've noticed that the videos on YouTube starting to freeze, so I decided to try edge and Use their efficiency mode and I use a lot less Resources when I turn that on even though without it

because of 'efficiency mode' its caused me to reboot 3 times this week alone. ive had enough of firefox so im leaving after 18years.
