I would like to submit a suggestion regarding restoration of tab sets on a normal / commanded restart of the Firefox application to the correct monitor in a two-monitor system (an LG OLED SmartTV [LG Electronics LG TV][OLED65B9PUA] & the built in screen on my Lenovo P70 laptop PC ['Wide viewing angle High density FlexView Display 1920x1080']), and, to do so in the correct sequence ... to restore things in the state they were found, to put it simply.
FYI - this is all happening in the Win 7 Pro SP1 64-bit OS / Firefox Browser ESR 115.26.0esr (64-bit)
