With a recent update (10-1-2024) to 132.0b2 (64-bit), Firefox Developer lost all my toolbar custom config settings. Bookbarks bar won't show at all and all the icons are appearing in new places.
Fortunately, my bookbarks are still in the Bookmark manager. But now my workflow is all messed up.
Is there an update coming to fix this?
Is there a workaround for this or an easy to revert.
Thanks for any info.

Same problem here, bookmarks toolbar is completely empty (but the items are still there if I go through the menu), buttons have disappeared (forward, backward, refresh, ...)

New tab button (plus container chose) has gone also.

Hi Firefolx ! 😉
After couple of (FF) relaunch and (re)setting FF toolbar layout step by step (in case of... you know what I mean...) I got my FF DevEd (almost) back...
Almost.
To devs :
Why this ☠️😡😨😤😖 "+" button is going back to the left at each launch ?
That's never happened since "new tab" button exists ! Hummm, something like... 20~25 years?
So, now what? Bye bye FF?
We, users (as I am for more than 20 years) have to find new browser to work?
Please, don't let us with a Firef****!
Sorry if I seem angry, but it is.
And it's the price to pay for (tools) what we love.
Please, rollback and forget. We'll forgive. 😉
Waiting with hope for quick fix.

FF Team says it should be fixed: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1919721

Or maybe just don't use FF DevEdition if you're that sensitive to things breaking.

Hi !
Good news, thx! 🙂
> "Or maybe just don't use FF DevEdition"
As a graphic/web designer (freelancer), I've been using FF Dev Ed for years...from its first release (10 years ago).
And before that, my favorite tools were FF+Firebug (which I still miss sometimes).
Although my work requires the use of other browsers simultaneously, FF Dev Ed is my daily tool.
Its an ergonomic concern. Years of use makes habits (so, time saving).
Why breaking them (as MS did with Win11...) ?
No needs to reinvent the wheel.
The main question is: Does the newness bring something (more) to users?
However, if it's only a (side) bug resulting from development, it needs to be (Fire)fixed.
Anyway, thx again for reply.

[Edit]
Read on Bugzilla thread:
1. Case resolved after update to 132.02b : Not for me!
2. Case seems resolved for Mac users, well... I'm on Windows (Who dev on Mac?🤣 Old joke)
3. As workaround : "You will need to use the Restore defaults once, then customize the toolbars again to your preferences".
No way ! This is not a fix.
Users don't have to waste time or do anything to restore their user interface because of a beta version bug!
[Edit2]
132.0b3 update...
Relaunch... Re-setting toolbar... Re-Relaunch...
Still buggy.
Add tab button wont to stay at right...
😡😭😤
Trying this :
Moving "New tab" button (central icon) from Tabs bar to Tools bar seems to work.
Poor fix, but...
