Firefox 115 (ESR) doesn't ask me where to save PDF downloads even though I've check "Always ask where to save files..." and selected "Open in Firefox" for .PDF files.
It just auto-saves them to the Download folder and then displays them inside the browser.
Firefox should either save the files to a proper temp location (when displaying them) or ask me where to save them.
