Yep. I noticed the same issue too. For example when I have Facebook open in the web browser, open a conversation and then start replying to it, the letters I type come one at each second. So if I write a long sentence, I can literally watch my computer type the text as I go to kitchen and come back from there. This latest update created an extremely slow environment for websites for some reason.
And for me my CPU usage spikes to 100% on multiple cores. GPU doesn't even wake up.
