When both vertical tabs and the option to show the bookmarks toolbar only on new tabs are enabled, switching between a new tab and a regular webpage causes the vertical tabs sidebar to move up and down unexpectedly. This behavior feels very counterintuitive. I hope the development team can optimize the vertical tabs feature to resolve this conflict. I have uploaded a video demonstrating the issue.
