eBay AI listing problems

Been using Firefox for over a decade and recently, I am unable to do my 'listing' of items to sell on eBay. When I get to the Generate AI description, it never generates a description. I have to close out Firefox and open Chrome to do my listing. I have auto update on Firefox and am up to date with the latest version.

+1 for what Saltykayak is saying. I googled trying to find a fix and found this thread instead.

Been like it for a couple of weeks now - works fine with 'another' popular browser unfortunatly. No solution yet.
