I downloaded your newest version to windows 11 and it would not open the .exe so I went to MS tech support and they used .msi, and it worked. I spent hours screwing around with your software and horrible tech support. They fixed it. You ned to either Fix .exe or give better instructions. This is the 1st time in all the years using Tbird I have had this problem and the one below.
The problem started with My email vendor requiring a 12 digit PW, and your instructions said to go to PW manager and their was No saved account. after hours goofing around with that nonsense, I uninstalled Tbird and tried to repload it. Hours trying to make your product mork. this is the 21st century with AI and you can't help your customers, really sad!!
