I wonder what was not found? Do you think it means your login didn't work?
Could you try clearing your cookies for the VA site? Here's how:
While on the site, click the lock icon at the left end of the address bar. At the bottom of the drop-down, click Clear cookies and site data...
Firefox should display a dialog for confirmation, go ahead and confirm.
Finally, reload the page bypassing cached files by holding down the Shift key, either:
- Shift+click the Reload button on the toolbar
- Shift+Ctrl+R (or on Mac, Shift+Command+R)
(I've had to do this to solve a login problem on FedEx, but I think it might help on other sites, too.)
