Disqus Comment Section not loading

With 136.0.2 and the prior version, at spectator.co.uk the comment section (powered by Disqus) refuses to load. It works in Safari, Vivaldi and Orion, so I assume it isn't a Disqus problem.

Is it the Spectator's problem or the subscriber's?

Neither - it is some sort of compatibility issue. The workaround is to disable Enhanced Tracking Protection for the sites that have the problem.
