Disable tab dimming in non-focused windows

Somewhere around Nightly 123a, tabs in non-focused windows started being dimmed. I really don't like this: when I have multiple windows tiled side-by-side (all in active used), it makes it harder to read the tabs in most of the windows. Is there a config setting to disable this?

Same problem, haven't been able to find anything in about:config to disable this behavior. I'm on Win11, FF Dev Edition, 122.0b6. The OS already has highlights around focused windows, so the dimming of tabs is unnecessary. Not saying remove it, but give us a way to disable it.
