When I scroll with the wheel on the mouse, when FF is in foreground the viewport continues scrolling for a couple of seconds after I release the wheel, gently slowing down. This is inconvenient for reading and I would prefer if FF did not do this and stopped scrolling immediately.
When FF is not the foreground window (I'm using Win 11) then it scrolls perfectly when the mouse cursor hovers over FF. It scroll quickly and stops. How can I get this behavior also when FF is foreground?
