Customizing the toolbar in Firefox (for Mac) has become a nightmare since the latest two updates.

Just try it yourself. Get a MacBook Pro with an Apple M1 processor and try it on macOS Big Sur v. 11.7.10. And please, don't tell me anyone to update my macOS. I have serious reasons NOT to do that!
