CTRL-Z kills paragraph (Thunderbird)

Making moves

Hi everyone,

has anyone else encountered this? There I am, writing the body of a mail, and just want to undo the last keystroke. Obvious and instinctive move: CTRL-Z, which in every other part of the universe means "go back ONE step". Thunderbird, always keen to help, then blasts the entire paragraph into outer space, never to be seen again. It's gone. GONE. CTRL-Y doesn't help. The only thing that helps is to write the entire paragraph again - if I can remember exactly what I just wrote 5 or 10 lines previously.

Kinda annoying.

Charles

Not so much of a solution but:

I would consider it a bug, hopefully to be fixed with some update.
