Compact folders - used to perform all folders with single click

currently running 140.2.0esr -

seem to recall awhile ago that Compact Folders would perform that function on all the folders at the same time.  Somewhere along the way, that changed, and now only does the clicked folder.  Also tried changing the trigger size and a few other settings - but still no joy -

There is an open bug for that. R. click account name or Inbox > Compact should work on all folders in an account. It won't work if you select more than one account.
