Capturing full Folder Header list to .csv/excel format

Making moves

After filtering in INBOX on a word or term, or sender, or recipient, etc., I want to copy that result (multiple subject headers, along with sender name) to allow me to paste into an spreadsheet. If there is code that I can be given instruction which I can learn by, that would also be appreciated. CURRENTLY, I am printing these to .pdfs with a naming convention: DATE/TIME_SENDERS NAME_SUBJECT HEADER (such as 2026-04-28 13:00), 'Time being optional' A simple count for duplicates is okay) The next step the I will pursue in the near future will be to capture and save the content.
