Windows 11. Download and get the save prompt.
Go into a folder that has enough items to scroll (so there is no empty space at the bottom) and that has at least 1 folder in it. Select the folder, but do not open it. Now try to save as a sibling of that folder. You can't do it. You can't deselect the folder. If you go into and back out of the folder, the folder is still selected and you are back where you started, still unable to save the file as a sibling. You actually can do it, if you click another file, but now you must re-type the filename! This is a very odd user experience. Probably MS fault, but I've only seen it presented in FF.
