I am experiencing an issue specifically in Firefox while using D2L Brightspace. When grading a student submission, I enter rubric criteria feedback and save it as a draft. The system confirms it has been saved. However, after refreshing the Grades tab and reopening the student’s submission, the criteria-level feedback is missing.
The overall grade and overall feedback remain saved, but the individual rubric criteria comments do not persist.
I have cleared my cache and cookies in Firefox, but the issue continues. The same workflow functions correctly in Chrome with no problems. This issue appears to have started during the week of February 15, 2026.
