Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on an online website and handling multiple tasks across design, content, and performance. As projects grow, it can be challenging to keep workflows organized and consistent without slowing things down.
I’d love to hear how others manage their workflows efficiently when working on web-based projects. Are there any habits, tools, or approaches that have helped you stay organized and productive over time?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Yeah this gets messy fast once design, content, and performance all need to move at once.
Biggest thing that helped me was mapping dependencies before work starts, not figuring them out mid-sprint. Content needs to be ready before design finalizes, design needs to be done before performance work makes sense. If nobody flags that upfront you end up discovering it the hard way.
Also separate weekly review from daily standups. Daily handles today, weekly is where you catch stuff quietly slipping that looked fine day to day.
And honestly switching from a flat task list to something that shows workload per person made a big difference. You can see someone is already maxed out before assigning more instead of finding out when the deadline hits.
What is causing you the most friction right now, handoffs between people or just visibility across everything at once?
