I had really bad perfomance on all of my PC on Youtube past year or maybe more. Ryzen 7 4700h and 7745hx, Nvidia GPUs. Constant freezes, disconnections, skipping hole scenes. This behavior in such popular site is unacceptable. I cleared cache, reinstalled and nothing can help. In Chrome and Edge i have no single issue with Youtube
