auto download + rating feature

I absolutely don't need a constant update recommendation. I have a slow and restricted internet and I don't care at all about the new mozilla features. Also, I need a section just like google play where I can see all the extentions that I've used so that I can rate and comment on all of them.

The option to Never check for updates was removed from about:preferences. You can use the DisableAppUpdate enterprise policy as a substitute.
