Attach an email to a new email

I am composing an email but want to attach a email from one of my email folders - but I cant see how to do it!

I used to be able to do this at work - i think it was using MS outlook.

R. click the message you want to attach > choose Forward and Redirect > As attachment.

Note, in the future you have a better chancel of getting support for your issue at Help > Get Help in Thunderbird.
