The one thing that I liked about Firefox up until now was the lack of AI integration, but it has now been integrated with it enabled by default. Why enable it by default? Are the developers so enamoured by the AI bandwagon that they think that AI is brilliant and everyone wants it. I don't and I am not the only one.
I am sick and tired of having to perform registry hacks and delving into about:config to turn things off. I am a software developer and really AI brings nothing but trouble to the whole game of software development.
Consequently I have switched my browser away from Firefox

agree. since you added this my machine is dying just like it does with chrome. The AI engine wants to use my one and only GPU and the machine can't take the load. I need a way to kill this AI crap so i can get back to having an efficient browser again. Since including this crap with no way to turn it off, FF stinks on ice on this machine. For the love of all that is good and holy, let us opt out of this unnecessary crap.
