After Firefox update 134, my local Homepage won't open links in iframe

I have my own personal homepage located in file:///C:/Homepage. All htm files, links, gifs, etc are in the same directory.  After update 134 the links don't work to bring up the links in another frame without setting:

security.fileuri.strict_origin.policy=false

My homepage displays and works fine in other browsers. What changed?

Same here.

I created a website on my local drive that uses iframes. Links don't open in the target iframe; they just don't open at all...

It works in other browsers (chrome, edge, opera, vivaldi), but not in firefox... but it worked in firefox prior to the current version...

I am in version 135.0, and still have this problem.

The fix I had been using is the addition of this line in the autoconfig.js file: pref("general.config.sandbox_enabled", false);

Looking in About:Config and searching for sandbox, I see this setting which looks like the autoconfig setting was accepted: general.config.sandbox_enabled "false".

So it looks like it should be working, but that FireFox has taken control in some other way.

Any ideas what's going on here here, or how to do a work-around?
