Thunderbird complete Folder scanning and updating when opened but the "Activity Indicator" and "Activity Progress Bar" in the status bar area do not reflect that the folder scan are complete.
Activity Indicator goes into Cylon mode and the Activity Progress bar just either freezes at a point or just keeps flowing left to right.
