Just needed to vent. I accidentally deleted my profile and lost over a years worth of passwords, history and bookmarks. I noticed a weird shopping cart that suddenly appeared on my Firefox icon and saw it denoted an "active profile". When I went to check what said profile was, I saw a string of gibberish, so I deleted it assuming I misclicked and created some "profile" function. Turns out it was everything I had done on Firefox for over a year. I accept a lot of the responsibility here for touching something I shouldn't have and not using the backup service, but I do really wish some of this stuff was communicated better in the browser interface.
