Accidental actions by Browser

Hi,

I find that even when my cursor hovers momentarily or passes over a Send or Delete icon, the action occurs, even though I did not intend it.  This is particularly noticeable in Outlook, but happens in some other windows too.  Any advice?  Thanks!
