Vertical tabs/the sidebar would benefit from an 'auto-hide' or 'expand on mouseover' feature. Similar to how it behaves in Edge, I would like to be able to expand the sidebar for vertical tabs on mouseover when I want to review my open tabs. This would allow users to avoid manually toggling the expanded view and will improve the experience when tab groups are introduced.

Adding Duck.ai or DuckDuckGo Chats to the Chatbot Sidebar would allow users to use privacy respecting chatbots and quick model switches. It also does not require a login, so saving cookies for the sidebar would not matter.

In my opinion, if you were able to put social networks in the sidebar as a work, you could get a lot of audiences, because in any case firefox is already very comfortable and with this implementation it would become truly perfect

Perplexity AI into the sidebar. Please, add the Perplexity AI model to the LLM list in the sidebar. Or, as alternative and if possible, consider adding it as a search engine.

I really like the sidebar, and I think vertical tabs are amazing, even though really new. I want to make a lot of extensions like "side view" that open a website as a sidebar popup, for example a dictionary. This would be really useful. A feature that allows you to add whatever you want to the new sidebar. When using vertical tabs, some extensions (such as BitWarden) are shown at the bottom of the sidebar and cannot be hidden.  This is despite having BitWarden in my menu bar, for example.  Please allow us to hide all of the sidebar extensions in vertical tabs mode.
