Timer and lists need to be accessible outside of the New Tab page.

I am absolutely in love with the idea of a native Pomodoro timer and to-do lists. I think it will be very beneficial to productivity without extension bloat.

I am not in love with the execution. The notifications barely work on the timer, and I have to open a new tab every time I want to check my lists or timer. I would love to see a new Toolbar widget that dynamically displays the active timer, maybe with a red bar for Focus and green for Break. The notifications should also persist on screen until they're acknowledged, as they're easy to miss.

As for lists, it should be a no-brainer to have a Lists tab in the sidebar, and maybe down the line have the ability to open multiple sidebar tabs (which would be especially useful on ultrawide displays) and have them on either side of the window.

Thanks for reading.

I made an account just to suggest this, I 100% agree! I love the timer and list addition, these are great additions for productivity in firefox, so more ways to properly access them would be great. The sidebar is the perfect way to use lists, keeping an active to-do list right on the side of your screen as you go through tasks.

The timer also doesn't keep the original time you set when you close and reopen the browser, which is a bit inconvenient as I want to set a default time that isn't 25mins. A toolbar icon would be great for accessing it and setting times, and having the ability to preset a few times would be handy. I use the windows Clock app to do the same, and this would be enough to replace it entirely for me.
