Stupidly slow and unresponsive after this update!!

What is with this new update!! It has become ridiculously and unresponsive, having to wait 3 or 4 minutes for videos to run and when they do, they stop after a few seconds then resume!!
It was working with no issues before i did this upgrade, how do i DOWN GRADE BACK!!!
Don't they check this stuff before just dumping it out or is this the microslop version of putting out software, put it out and fix it AFTER!!

@bruster555 : it's more-likely an extension you use (such as AdGuard, AdBlock, Ghostery, uBlock) is causing  the issue with videos, especially if this is on YouTube.

Go to Menu -> Help and Report -> Troubleshoot Mode and test in there.
If videos all work fine, you know it's an extension causing the issue, and you'll have to find which one.
