So dumb a solution in the AI age is hard to grasp Mozzies!!
I have my homepage set up to show 2 rows.
Top row has 8 shortcuts before they start on the 2nd row.
The second row has had only 5 shortcuts, so you'd think the 3 remaining shortcut positions would be enough for the + button - but nope, it does not show, i spent a bad while to find out it only shows back up (on said 2nd row !!) when i add a 3rd row.
Then i add a new shortcut and put the settings back to 2 rows only - and the new shortcut and + button vanish again - looks like a stupid inane bug that limits the 2nd row to only 5 shortcuts out of 8 possible and only shows a 6th or 7th icon / shortcut if you add a 3rd row.
What a stupid crap this is...
