Can I get my Firefox to stop offering to translate anything at all until such a time that I actually ask it to translate things?
Can you implement similar features for all the bogus that Firefox is offering? Especially A.I. powered features?
I just want a browser that isn't annoying the living **bleep** out of me by offering things I didn't bloody well ask for.
I speak enough languages to not be bothered and will ask specifically if and when needed (and even then I would prefer to just learn a new language).
So... "stay out of my face"mode, can you do this?

"Can you do this"? They've already done it.
In version 148.0 onwards, FF gives you the option to disable either the local AI for translation or even all of the AI Features.

Make sure you're on a version later than 148, go to Settings and you'll see a section for to enable/disable specific (or all) AI controls.
Or, if you just want to not be offered translations for specific languages, when the 'annoying' popup comes up, go to the cogs icon and you have the option to disable translation for this specific language.
