When I got the request to download and install the Firefox VPN, I did it and even paid the fee. At first everything was hunky-dory, but after a recent download problems arose. culminating blocking our internet access. It took a couple of frustrating days to determine why only my computer could not access the internet. Today our technician discovered the source of the problem, removed the Firefox VPN and now I am happy again.
How do I get a refund for the charge I paid to use the VPN?
