Firefox does not shut down correctly. It leaves 3 processes running . I have to got to windows task manager, and manually kill those processes to get a complete shutdown.
If I try to run CCleaner, it tells me that FireFox is not closed, and it attempts to close it.That is usually not successful. I have to open task manager and close the running processes before Firefox will completely close.
Please fix this problem.

@DavidD1 : all firefox.exe processes disappear for me when I close it, so in your case:
- do you have Firefox set as your default browser?
- do you have Firefox set to start when your PC does (Menu -> Settings -> Home and Startup)
- have you pinned any sites to your Taskbar (using the icon near the ⭐ at the right of the URL bar)?
- in Menu -> Settings -> Permissions and data, click Notifications and see if you've given any site permission to send you alerts (like news updates). If so, Firefox will stay open to allow those to work
