I just switched from Arc to Zen browser and found the Zen browser can't simply download video as I used in Arc.
1. I "inspect" and "network" to open the loading mp4 link on a new tab
2. After I click "Save video as" it didn't show the pop up window as I did to other file types like pdf
I understand the browser is still on beta but this shouldn't be difficult to fix, also I can't access to their discord group even with an account because of "not claim" but discord system don't let me to
