Since update prior to todays, Youtube captions do not stay on unless signed in, but do stay on (not signed in) on chrome. Today's update did not fix.
This is an accessibility issue, as persons with difficulty hearing require the captions and shouldn't have to stay signed in when using Firefox.
Firefox requires turning captions back on with every video viewed, chrome doesn't.
