I use Firefox for work, against the wishes of everyone I work with. They don't like Firefox, says it has lots of problems, etc...
I've always loved Firefox. Still use it personally too, as well as Chrome. So why is the latest update forcing me to log in again and re-add all my addins and all? I am a busy IT guy, and I've had to spend the last 15 minutes setting up my browser again because of an update! Had to reset my password CAUSE IT WAS STORED IN FIREFOX, and then needed my recovery key. At the same time people are waiting for me to check their accounts and answer a helpdesk call which uses my browser. If this crap happens again, I'll just create a work profile in Chrome and be done with Firefox for ever. I may feel differently once I calm down but WTH?

It sounds like FF lost sight of your profile, which is a known infrequent occurrence with an update. If it happens again, see Recover user data missing after Firefox update.

Thank you for the info, much appreciated! I was hungry and caffeine deprived earlier as well, so that didn't help.
