Just updated to version 136, the first thing I see is that the new tab layout got changed, again. It already got changed for me in 134, I didn't like it and disabled it in about:config and unrolled from the study. The study is now over and the layout is back, yay. I still dislike it, it's still too small. It's not awful, but it's an overall downgrade from the previous version.
At least you can still disable it, but why the devs are so adamant in trying to make it work, if all it does is just make everything small? The new layout doesn't line up with the search bar (which is one reason why they might be trying this imo) and it doesn't let you see more icons at once, it just makes icons smaller for no apparent reason.
