We create software tools for Office (Addins) and distribute them via the website. With the latest releases we have the problem that Firefox reports when downloading that it is a virus or malware, which is wrong. (false alert). The file can be checked online e.g. at www.virustotal.com, all 95 scanners report that the file is OK.
Where can such a false detection be reported?
Which services does Firefox use to check a file during download?
For us as a software manufacturer, it is very damaging to our business if such a false warning appears.
