Currently using 102.11.0 (64-bit) Thunderbird, however this has persisted for at least a year.
When going through the unread emails in my inbox and deleting an email the remaining unread emails disappear from the bottom of the email list. The only way to get them to display again is to click on another folder and then go back to the inbox. Not a major issue but is annoying never the less.
