Website Not Loading in Firefox — Need Help Debugging (tntsimreg.ph)

Hi everyone 👋

I’m working on a website related to SIM registration services in the Philippines, and I’m running into an issue I’m hoping the community can help me understand. The site URL is:

https://tntsimreg.ph/

For some reason, the site is not loading in my browser, and in Firefox it either times out or shows a connection error. I’ve tried clearing cache, disabling extensions, and checking on multiple devices, but the result is still the same.

Since Firefox is known for strong privacy and security standards, I’m wondering if this might be related to SSL/certificate settings, HTTPS configuration, or something on the server side that Firefox is more strict about than other browsers.

If anyone has guidance on:

  • how to diagnose domain or certificate issues in Firefox

  • tools or logs I can check

  • or common causes of site-loading failures

…I would really appreciate your insights. I’m trying to make sure the site is accessible and user-friendly for everyone, especially those using Firefox.

Thanks in advance for your time and support 🙏

I’m also encountering the same issue. My site behaves differently in Firefox compared to other browsers it either times out or shows a connection error, even after clearing cache and trying different devices. I suspect it might be related to SSL/certificate settings or server-side HTTPS configuration, since Firefox seems stricter about these things. Here is the URL you can check. Would be great to hear how others diagnose these issues or what tools/logs they use to pinpoint the problem. Please assist
