I recently got a new Lenovo laptop equipped with Windows 11 Pro. When I open a video with the Firefox browser, it usually starts fine then quickly defaults to a screen of scattered pixel-like (but not pixelated) images. Image attached. The audio is fine. What's the problem and the fix?
