V 134.02 bookmarks missing

Version 134.02 update dated 01/21/2025 was automatically updated.  However, it deleted all my bookmarks.  I have attempted to "restore" but receive the following error message "Unable to process the backup file".

Recommendations how to restore please.

After updating to version 134.02, my bookmarks are missing. Has anyone else faced this issue, and how can I recover them?
