Update to 147.0.1

My (PC) Firefox broke after the upgrade to 147.0.1. Webpages would not load. Clearing the cache, temp files and rebooting my PC was of no effect. My solution was using Chrome to download the Firefox installer and install Firefox over itself.

In fact, the last 3 upgrades.. maybe more.. Firefox randomly was forced to restart itself.  This is the first time Firefox actually broke.

The Firefox 147.0.1 update was meant to fix issues from 147.0.0, but some users still experience problems with page loading or extensions. If refreshing, clearing the cache, or rebooting doesn’t help, try reinstalling Firefox or running it in Safe Mode. Creating a new profile can also help if your current profile is corrupted.
