Title Bar visibility setting not working on Mozilla Firefox 145.0 (64-bit) for Windows

For some reason the Title Bar setting on Mozilla Firefox 145.0 (64-bit) for Windows is no longer respected.

Even though I click the check box to enable it, close Firefox, and open it again the Title Bar disappears again.

This is a regression from the last stable version and needs to be fixed.

Bug. Instead of clicking the check box to enable it, try pressing F11 twice. If it works, it's not a fix - just easier to do.

Which does NOTHING...

Fixed with v147 releasing this week.

Uh, no.
When Firefox restarts to complete the update process, the title bar is present but it doesn't come up maximized, so it may appear the problem is fixed. But when one restarts Firefox in the preferred maximized state, the title bar remains MIA. Thankfully, at least the F11 toggle trick continues to restore. At least.
