Thunderbird 102.3.0 (64-Bit) - very often Thunderbird says "keine Rückmeldung"

Since th last few Updates Thunderbird totally often says "keine Rückmeldung", even by writing Mails with only 4 Lines.

That's abolutely upsetting!
Quaity of Thunderbird ist abolutely below every level.

I am a very experencied IT-User and Programmer.
